Description of the PTFE conveyor belt

 

PTFE mesh conveyor belt,also named PTFE belt,we select fine fiberglass,Kevlar or Nomex as basic weaving material,coated with excellent PTFE resin to make it into various of PTFE belt.

PTFE belt features:high temperature resistance,chemical resistance,anti corrosion,non stick and easy to clean,it is suitable for textile drying,chemical and medicine drying industries etc.

 

  PTFE conveyor belt has the characteristics of the mesh is easy to breathe freely , so widely used in textile printing and dyeing , printing drying conduction band , screen printing , UV drying , UV series , light solid machine , offset printing machine , dryer , non-woven drying machine , high frequency dryer , food baking machine conduction band , temperature control chamber , flux type rapid drying of ink and general water items such as drying equipment .  teflen high temperature cloth has high temperature resistance , small friction coefficient and good insulation properties . It is widely used in adhesion machine , garment printing and dyeing machine .

Features of PTFE conveyor belt

 

1 . teflen is weather-resistant and anti-aging.Through practical application, such as under the condition of 250 ℃ high temperature placed 200 days in a row, not only low intensity will not change , and also there's no reduction in weight ; Placed under the high temperature of 350 ℃, 120 hours , the weight only decreases about 0.6% ; In 180 ℃ cryogenic circumstance and can keep the original softness .
2 . teflen conveyor belt is non-adhesive : it is not easy to adhere to any material.Easy to clean the various oil stains , stains or other fixtures attached to the surface ; Paste , resin , paint and so on almost all adhesive matter can be simply removed ;
