Flat Wire Mesh Belt, also known as horseshoe honeycomb conveyor belt, is assembled by stamped flat metal sheets and cross support rods. It adopts sprocket driving structure for stable operation.
The flat and smooth surface will not scratch conveyed goods. Medium open area ensures good air circulation for baking, drying and cooling processes. Made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, the belt has corrosion resistance and can work within -20℃ to 600℃.
It is widely applied in food baking, drying, washing, cooling lines, as well as industrial oven and heat‑treatment conveying.
Different width, length and specification are optional.
Small cut‑off sample is available with sample charge.
Packed with inner waterproof film and outer wooden case. Multiple trade terms and shipping options are supported. Production lead time is 10‑20 working days.
