The difference between Dutch twill woven wire mesh and reverse weave mesh
The Dutch twill woven wire mesh has a higher strength than ordinary Dutch woven wire mesh. It has more wire wrapped in a given area than a Dutch plain weave. In general, the Dutch twill woven wire mesh has a finer mesh count and lower flow than the Dutch plain weave mesh, and can be made into particles having a diameter of 2 microns.
The Dutch twill woven wire mesh is mainly used as a filter cloth. This woven wire mesh has a thick mesh and a line in the warp direction and a thin mesh and a line in the weft direction. Dutch Plain Woven Wire Mesh is an ideal filter cloth with a very compact, strong mesh and high strength.
Reverse weaving: The contrast between the reverse Dutch weaves is compared to the standard Dutch weave (Dutch plain and Dutch twill) with thicker warp and less weft. Reverse Dutch woven stainless steel wire cloth provides finer filtration and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other fields.
